- Execution of the main and sub networks (polyethylene - steel) in (Cairo - Alexandria - Port Said - Ismailia) having the total length of network reached (7.3) thousand kilometer by the end of 2010 to serve (2) million customers.
- Execution of the internal erections for (95.326) customers in Cairo, (24.059) customers in Jizah, (30.599) customers in Alexandria and (11.841) customers in Cities along the canal reaching the total of (161.825) customer through 2009.
- Execution and connection of natural gas for (22) factory and company in the areas of Town Gas in addition to the expansions and amendments made in (30) industrial establishments previously provided with gas.
- Provide the natural gas to (1) station of cars supply: CAR GAS station in Ismailia.
- Conduct all the works of maintenance and repair in the network parts using the highest new techniques and trained labor. Execution of replacements and renewal in the network.
- Follow up of the emergency reports which reached (34) thousand ones during 2010.
- Execution of the traffic plan and periodical examination of external fixings all the year for 70 thousand customers.
- The lengths of internal and external fixings by the end of 2009 were (32) thousand kilometer.
- The number of pressure reducing stations on the company all the sites of the company; likely (88) stations including the stations of smell.
- The company is now continuing the gas connection of 205 brick kilns in Arab Abu Sa'ed.
- The connection works of 160 new kilns.
- Connection and jointing the station of brick kilns under the system of control and supervision (SCADA) by self efforts to keep the work of system performance efficiently.
- The system of gas emergency services by the hot number 129 for 24 hours per day.
